Refund policy

We keep it simple and honest. Please read this before you order.

All sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind or size issues. Every product page has a size chart with exact measurements, check it before you order. Unsure between two sizes? Message us on WhatsApp and we will help you pick.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item? We fix it. If your order arrives damaged, has a defect, or is not what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video or clear photos. We will send a replacement or a full refund, shipping on us. This right is protected under the Consumer Protection Act 2019.

How to raise a claim. Message us on WhatsApp at +91 85689 99994 with your order number and your video or photos. WhatsApp is our only support channel and we reply every day between 10 am and 7 pm.

Refund timelines. Approved refunds reach your original payment method in 5 to 7 business days. COD refunds are sent by UPI or bank transfer.
